persona 4 golden game download

Persona 4 Golden is the follow up to the famous and successful RPG series, Persona, for the PlayStation. The game promises to be even more action-packed than its predecessors, whilst still retaining the charm that made the original games so famous in the first place. It’s a turn-based role-playing video game.

 Persona 4 Golden gameplay

You choose a persona from a pool of different characters and wander through town, doing battle and unlocking special attacks, weapons and abilities. There’s a great deal of freedom and replay value, though, because you can switch between different persona’s in the middle of battle if you get stuck. It’s worth checking out.

Unlike the previous games in the series, there’s not much of a narrative to speak of, at least not in the way of an arc or storyline. Instead, you’ll see the story unfold through the dialogue of your various protagonist’s during conversations with the locals of Velvet Tower. This is a welcome change, especially when compared to the scattered, confusing nature of the first games. For example, in Persona 4, you had to interpret every conversation about who your character was talking to, and what was going on in the vicinity. In persona four golden, however, you’ll generally know who your character is talking to due to his/her clothing and characteristics.

Persona 4 Golden

On a critical point, I feel that the direction of this game is too linear. For example, in the game’s early hours, you follow an itinerary of one person’s travels around Tokyo. Then you find out that another persona has taken over that very same route to look for a lost love, and you follow this person throughout most of the game. It’s not that I don’t think it’s a good game; it’s just that it’s a little too linear for my taste. On the flip side, if you want a slower-paced game where you explore and experience every little nook and cranny of every location in-between major events, then this would be perfect for you.

Every persona in this video game has a profile that will unlock different elements depending on how you progress through the game. For example, the True Ending to each persona will open the actual image of that character. However, you have to complete specific tasks before you can see the True Ending, meaning you’ll need to save the game many times over. This isn’t a problem, though, as you’ll find that unlocking all the True End scenes is an enriching experience. And if you want to see the right side of each character, then you better do your part and finish all the quests and mini-games in this game.

Visuals and sound Quality

In terms of visuals and sound, the game is its finest attribute. The detailed environments, the lively characters, and the impressive soundtrack all contribute to the overall package, making this Platinum Shin Megami Soft crossover game easily one of the best anime video game experiences you can get. In terms of gameplay, the game offers the right amount of replayability, since you can basically take your time and go back and try to solve the puzzles or learn some new skills for each of the characters in this game.

In conclusion, the game is undoubtedly a good one, and if you have never played this type of game before, I recommend you to give it a try. If you have played previous titles of this franchise, you will find that this game is more of a fan appreciation rather than a game that you need to master. Regardless of whether you are a hardcore RPG fan or not, you will appreciate the beauty of this newest release in the Persona series.
