Set in rural Finland in 1995, My Summer Car follows the story of a family on holiday in Tenerife. Meanwhile, the player is tasked with restoring their father’s dilapidated Satsuma AMP car, using parts found inside the garage. To earn money, the player can complete various chores for neighbors, such as delivering firewood. Additionally, players can use vacuum trucks to make kilju and sell it to an alcoholic neighbor or the town pub in the early morning, earning small amounts of money along the way.
