Attack on Titan 2 is a video game developed by the studio Omega Force and published by Koei Tecmo. It is one of the video game adaptations of the hit anime series of the same title. The game is a hybrid action-adventure that follows Billy, a boy separated from his group of friends during an unexpected attack on his hometown. He must struggle against the Titans, a race of giant robots controlled by the Earth’s ruler, the Queen. Meanwhile, the mysterious Titan hunter also enters the fray and the player have to find and recruit more familiar faces who can join the fight against the Titans. Attack on Titan 2 is a video game adaptation of the popular Japanese manga series of the same name. The story unfolds through a series of vignettes, interwoven with thrilling action sequences and intense combat moments. As the heroine, Billy, gets caught in the middle of an endless war against the Titans, his friend and fellow recruit, Kayo, along with some new characters, joins him to help in his battle.
A key feature of Attack on Titan 2 is its online connection with the original anime series. The connection is evident in the in-game notification that shows an animated preview of the main battle between the Titans. The trailer shows the fight from the viewpoints of several characters such as Billy, Kayo, Stacia and Titans Tower Staff.

This special edition features a new chapter called the Titan Mode, which improves on the first instalment’s gameplay. The heroes can be played individually or in co-op mode, while the original game supports up to four players.
The Attack on Titan 2 story mode follows the events immediately after the events of the first game. The second game in the Attack on Titan series offers players an extended level campaign. The game takes place across the continents of Japan, England, and the United States. It brings back the intense experience of the first game, now featuring stronger enemies and more traps that will truly make players fight for their survival. Additionally, players can jump into the third story mode, which comes with an updated map and enhanced visuals. The story mode is divided, with maps and story content told from each protagonist’s perspective.
