In the Game, there are 10,000 Characters delivered On-Screen At Once. It gives players a lot of freedom to create their bases, choose their soldiers, and choose their tactics. It often felt like a scaled-down version of Total War, where you were fighting off waves rather than an entire enemy class. Now the campaign is better, with more quests and varied environments, but it still feels like it’s just taking bits from the first game and making them into a complete package.

In the Ultimate Epic Battle Simulator game, you are running around and creating cities and fighting off waves of enemy soldiers and dragons, upgrading your castle, researching new technologies, researching new weapons, etc. The combat feels more “genetic”, as in – you’re fighting generic soldiers who have nothing to do with your story, so basically it’s just like playing a tower defence game. It’s not that the combat is terrible, it’s just that it’s lacklustre excitement compared to, say, an action-packed tower defence game where you’ll have to go up against a dozen dragons each time.
