In the game, you have the role of time traveler, and you Trapped in a secret underground city during the Roman Empire. The secret underground city’s main thing in this game is if one person breaks the mysterious Golden Rule, everyone dies. As a time traveler drew two thousand years into the past, you will relive its final moments in an endless loop, exploring and interrogating and changing the day with each secret you discover. Only by intelligently exploiting the cycle of time and making difficult moral decisions can you hope to solve this epic mystery. Here, your choices matter. It gives the player a simple and easy to understand video tutorial that explains most of the game’s mechanics and gameplay. The Forgotten City is the first video game that utilizes time travel. This means that instead of traveling back in time to solve crimes, you are traveling forward to use a time portal to enter Windhelm. This time travel feature is one of the most impressive aspects of the game. The moment you enter Windhelm, you are transported into the city of the gods. From there, you can use the Time Portal to jump back to any point in time before your jump or wait for a specified period to pass before you can use it again.
